Track changes: Track changes manage shows only deletion icon after saving DOCX
to ODT
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 180723
2. Edit -> Track Changes -> Manage
3. Notice a list of X icons and pencil icons
4. Close the dialog
5. Save as ODT
6. File reload
7. Edit -> Track Changes -> Manage: everything has a red X
Actual Results:
Red X after saving to ODT for all changes
Expected Results:
Same result as DOCX
Reproducible: Always
