I'm sorry but the steps were not clear at all, it took me more than an hour to
find the way to reproduce it...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clean the profile
2. Launch soffice
3. Open writer from the start center
4. Maximize the window
5. Close LibreOffice
6. Launch Writer

-> it should be maximized
