An image explaining the bug
Problem description: Unable to apply paragraph formatting to multiple cells in
a table.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a table with more than one cell (one row with two columns would the
be minimum required to see the bug in action)
2. Add random text in each cell
3. Select two cells, right click, and select "Paragraph" to apply paragraph
formatting to all the cells -- only this won't work
4. As soon as the paragraph formatting dialog box appears, the selection on the
table in the document will change automatically to one cell (which shouldn't
happen).
5. Move the dialog box around to see which cell in the table now appears
selected in the document -- this is the only cell to which your formatting
change will apply, even though you intended for it to apply to all the cells
you initially selected.
Current behavior: Paragraph formatting can be applied only to one cell at a
time on a table
Expected behavior: All the cells selected before you right click and select
"Paragraph" should get formatted with the changes you subsequently make in the
formatting dialog window.
Special note: this works perfectly on tables in Impress.
Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.0.1.2 release
