            Bug ID: 150465
Summary: RANDBETWEEN() documentation should include whether the
upper and lower bounds are included

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc and its "Function Wizard" tool from the tool bar
2. Search for "RANDBETWEEN"

Actual Results:
The documentation is clear whether the specified integers can be included in
the generated random numbers.
