Deleting user profile at ~/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice didn't help. I tried for many hours installing several versions and changed all view options but couldn't resolve it. My MacBook Pro (2017) has a retina display and I connect it to an external 4K display. Switching mac resolution scaling no effect.
