Wonder if the menu lists a) the languages used in the document or b) what has
been used in the current session. The first makes more sense and speaks against
remembering the last used languages. In case of b) we could indeed have some
persistence.
Checking with v7.3 it seems to be a fact, resolving WFM. Please reopen in case
this is wrong.
