Where the artificial bold applied by LibreOffice increases stroke width, and glyphs are still 20 pt., your clip would need to show side by side comparisons. Is concern with Skia rendering a size issue, or a positioning issue (which just got some work for bug 150462). But then let's leave text box rendering out of this bug and submit a new issue for that.
