When the UI variants Tabbed, Tabbed Compact and Groupedbar Compact are enabled,
in Calc, the selection of a group of cells using the keyboard (SHIFT + ARROW
KEYS) does not work when moving to the left or up. It only works when moving
to the right or down. The behavior is normal on all other UI variants.
To reproduce:
1. Set one of the troubled UI´s: Tabbed, Tabbed Compact or Groupedbar Compact.
2. Shutdown LibreOffice
3. Restart LibreoFFice, open a Spreadsheet (new file)
4. locate any cell as the active one.
5. Select cells SHIFT + LEFT ARROW or SHIFT + UP ARROW.
Observed: nothing happens. No selection region is displayed.
Expected: a two cell selected region should be displayed.
(LO version: 7.4.0.3) Windows 11 (on at least three different computers)
