Description:
If I use the Function/button "Clone Formation" in a spread sheet it is hard to
hit the cell i want to copy a format. It hits kind of "at random".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit the button/function again

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
Once I move the CLONING FORMAT ICON BY MOUSE over a cell I want to COPY FORMat,
I expect a format transfer once I press the mouse button. Again, it hit's often
not the desired cell.
Reproducible: Always
