Description:
When the mouse pointer hovers over a cell which has a comment, the comment
shows and should be on top of all form controls (eg push buttons).
Steps to Reproduce:
Calc spreadsheet file to be attached soon.
1. Move the mouse pointer into cell A1.
2. When the mouse pointer is hovering above cell A1, the comment shows.
Actual Results:
Comment shows underneath the push button.
Expected Results:
Comment should show above push button.
Reproducible: Always
