Well, the autoinput completion does work--just differently--and users will have
to rework muscle memory to take advantage of the "feature". But with than and
if you also work in use of the "<Alt><Down>" listbox completion for your
input/edit process you should be well served.

Seems like there is additional refactoring to be done--in meanwhile it should
be functional.
