Track changes doesn't record deletion of a table column (only rows)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a 3x3 table
2. Edit -> track changes -> record
3. Delete a column with delete column button
4. Edit -> Track changes -> Manage
Actual Results:
Nothing recorded
Expected Results:
A change should be present
