Repro using Version: 7.4.1.1 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 0a046a10cbf1679eea5538bd3ab63156caa3a036
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (ru_RU); UI: en-US
Calc: CL Jumbo.

If you enable "Bulleted and numbered lists" under AutoCorrect Options (Options
tab), it would change a bit: for a and b, it would work the same, but for c, it
turns the line into a *numbered list*, using *roman numerals* (so after
pressing Enter, the next line is automatically numbered "ci").

Disabling "Delete spaces and tabs at end and start of line" has no effect on
this.
But disabling autocorrect while typing as a whole fixes this.

Using OOo 3.2.0, the picture is the same.

It looks that the problem is somehow related to the automatic recognition of
Roman numerals. It works erratically, though: it should not affect the text
when the "Bulleted and numbered lists" is disabled (the default now).
