select a cell, then move mouse slowly up to formula entry bar, keep moving it
slowly and as it gets to the space just above the bar, the mouse will jump to
the space just below the bar and show the "moving" handle. Thus if you move the
mouse very slowly, you cannot get above the formula entry text control.
