Opening an RTF file containing a 0x0 sized shape object makes it visible.
1, Open attachment 47273
2, Notice there is a small rectangle of a frame object visible below the
paragraph "Attention: dans un même récit" as seen on attachment 179515 which is
not there in Word.

tdf#92157: allow both dimensions of a graphic to be 0
Since this was not related strictly to RTF shapes/frames, I'm not setting
regression.
