Why does the app switch to foreground during startup? Who needs it? Who needs
to look at the startup app when you've switched to another app during startup?
And I think it happens 2 times during the start of LibreOffice! It is the
behavior of spam, unsolicited popup windows. The incomprehensible audacity to
force me to look at the startup of LibreOffice application. Why? Please, allow
me to solve this bug - I like to see the application window only when I click
on it myself after star.
