LO-4 filters allow the user to open PUB, CDR, and PDF files using ‘LibreDraw-4’
program. ‘LibreDraw-4’ saves these files as ODG format files after this action.
Now these files open only when ‘LibreOffice-4’ starts, because they are not
registered in the Windows registry when ‘LibreOffice-4’ was installed. Simple
registration in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT allows:
1. Opens these files by ‘LibreOffice_4.x.x’ directly from Windows Explorer by
clicking on the mouse.
2. Selects ‘LibreDraw’ as the program that opens a particular file and (or)
will open all files of this type by default.
Such registration is made (even for 3.7.0) in my Windows XP (32\64-bit) and had
proven its efficiency.
You can see the example of this registry file in an attachment
(BRAND_BASE_DIR=C:\Other Programs\LibreOffice 4.0).
