Position of shape changes at the time of saving (track changes involved)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached
2. Place cursor at the start of the heading starting with "Dragging"
3. SHIFT+CTRL+ARROW UP (1x) -> Image frame selected
4. Press backspace
5. Press Save
Actual Results:
Image/image frame moves from centered to left
Expected Results:
Stay's centered, or adapts instantly
Reproducible: Always
