Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Edit -> track changes -> Manage -> notice a entry
3. Save as DOCX
4. File reload
5. Edit -> track changes -> Manage -> No entry
Actual Results:
Tracked change lost on DOCX export
Expected Results:
Still present
