Not clear there is any issue to this screen capture on Windows stepping through
the Icon themes delivered at the LibreOFfice 7.4 release.
Two things to note--SVG behavior at scaling percentages below 150%, and the
os/DE UI theme impact on a user interface themed "Light or Dark".
The SVG themes delivered are *not* appropriate to use with UI scaling of 100%
to 150% as the project delivered PNG renderings provide higher fidelity and
more appealing graphics at scaling through 150%, but become pixelated at higher
scale factors. Only then will the SVG icons become more appealing as they are
parsed from source and rendered to scale appropriate PNG held in user profile.
Likewise, the Dark variant icon themes are *not* appropriate to use with UI
themes emphasizing "Light" backgrounds and "Dark" foregrounds--the default for
Windows WDM theming. Rather the project delivered Dark variant icon themes are
designed to be used when user selects a os/DE theme emphasizing "Dark"
backgrounds and requiring "Light" foreground treatment to be legible in the UI.
If the intent was to show the icon themes work--thankyou we knew that.
