Currently I am using LibreOffice 4.0.1.2 on Windows XP, no problem at all. It looks to me that user may have somekind of clipboard manager installed that does not work fine with LibreOffice. I suggest to do the following: 1. Close as many programs as possible. 2. Open Notepad and LibreOffice. 3. Try to copy/paste text between them and make sure the problem appears. 4. Then open cmd window and execute command: tasklist Note: This program lists the processes that are currently running.
