Why are you using SHIFT+ENTER to create a line break and not only ENTER?
If I insert a line break with SHIFT+ENTER, then I can reproduce this behavior
with LO 4.0.1.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit).
But, if I insert a line break only with ENTER, then I get the Fontwork on two
lines.
Therefore, I am not sure if this is a bug, because it seems to work with ENTER.

@Bug Reporter: Do you really think this is a bug?

Can maybe anybody else confirm this?
