I don't reproduce with openSUSE Tumbleweed X11.
KDE Plasma 5.25.5 KDE Frameworks 5.97.0 Qt: 5.15.5 LO 7.4.1.1
You may try with LO user profile reset i.e. LO user folder rename.
If that doesn't help, please report to openSuse that packages LO for the
distro.
If you do, please write a result here.
I don't see a purpose of keeping this open, as it's hardly a problem that can
be fixed in LO.
