Page count is incorrectly indexed by 1
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new doc, [insert Field>Page count]
2. insert More Breaks>Manual Break>Page Break>check Change Page Number.
Insert or check Page Number.
Actual Results:
Page Count shows "3" but only 2 pages exist.
If alternatively a 'standard' Ctrl+Enter is set it correctly displays 2.
Expected Results:
Display "2"
Reproducible: Always
