Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 182588 in bug 151096 with Impress.
2. Click on the smiley face, click on the "Options" icon button in the Effects
section of the Animation sidebar pane.
3. In "Effect" tab, change the "After Animation" from "Don't Dim" to "Dim with
Color", then select a dim color in the color dropdown. OK.
4. Start presentation.
Current Result:
The smiley face does not dim to the selected color after its appearance.
Expected Result:
The smiley face dims to the selected color after its appearance animation.
