Video showing the problem

See attached video for more details.

Suppose you have a Text Box (or a shape with text inside). Now follow these
steps:
1) Select the Text Box (or shape) so that only the object is selected and the
cursor is not blinking for text editing. In the video I clicked the Text Box
and after the cursor started blinking, I pressed Esc
2) Place the mouse pointer over the text box
3) Press F2 to start editing the text; do not press any other keys
4) Now move the mouse
5) Notice the text will be selected when you move the mouse; here, moving the
mouse should have no effect. We should only have the text cursor available for
editing and moving the mouse should not select anything
6) Now click outside the text box
7) From now on, each time you click the slide a new text box will be created;
this shouldn't happen

I have been experiencing this bug for a long time, but it was hard to figure
out how to reproduce it. The key to reproduce this bug is to have the mouse
over the text box when F2 is pressed. If the mouse is not over the text box,
then all is ok.
