Description:
I don't know English - Googletranslate.
I am working on the Polish language version on Linux Ubuntu 20.04.
I was working on libreoffice 7.3.6 - there was a bug in Calc with the
frequency-stat function execution.
Today I installed the latest version of 7.4.1.
in this version the problem persists.
I think it comes from interpreting the date format.
I counted how many times in each month there was a transaction in the set.
I chose the function wizard,
I chose the frequency
I've marked the range of data (dates)
and marked the range of categories (dates)
results are shifted and incorrect
effect - the chart is also incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I chose the function wizard,
I chose the frequency
I've marked the range of data (dates)
and marked the range of categories (dates)
results are shifted and incorrect
effect - the chart is also incorrect.
2.
3.

results are shifted and incorrect
effect - the chart is also incorrect.

no false
