For Arabic, this bug breaks connecting lines between letters and this is a serious issue. If in LibO you would consider rendering the letter 'w' as 'vv' as a big problem rather than a glitch, then this is the same. Not that I am pushing anyone and I completely understand the lack of resources issue but just to answer your question and put this in perspective.
