Options dialog. Move "Allow use of OpenCL" option to LibreOffice Calc >
Calculate subsection
We use OpenCL only for calculation in Calc so I suggest to move the OpenCL
enable/disable option to LibreOffice Calc > Calculate subsection in Options
dialog and to delete OpenCL section at all
Steps to Reproduce:

OpenCL option is in its own tab in LibreOffice's general options section
Expected Results:
OpenCL option is in LibreOffice's Calc > Calculate options subsection as it
should be
