This one is a little tenuous.
On Windows builds for the last few TB77 daily bulds, with Windows in 'Dark'
color theme, menus and dialogs are showing up empty.
Menu is empty but the Help -> About action to launch the About dialog is easy
since it is the last entry on the menu. About dialog comes up blank.
Disabling the Skia rendering (uncheck both) and restart (or clear in the
profile .xcu) gets install back to normal behavior with white fg on dark bg and
renders the About dialog. So seems something in the Skia handling.

With edit to .xcu and relaunch skia.log doesn't come up with Vulkan
