https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=80934 added a document
filter at the top of the StartCenter. Currently `All Applications` shows all
documents.
That naming is confusing since the filter is not about applications but about
documents.
Switching to `All Documents` would provide a more intuitive UI which users will
have a better time using.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open StartCenter in recent 7.5 main build.
Actual Results:
Filter: All Applications
Expected Results:
Filter: All Documents
