            Bug ID: 151164
           Summary: [Bug 151139] Frequency function calculation error -
                    Incorrect date format recognition - EDITING
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.4.1.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Hello,

In my Polish language version, this is the date format,
it is only misinterpreted.

I also changed the date format to ISO yyyy-mm-dd
it is not text or any other number - just a date - the number format dialog;
there is no apostrophe before the date in the formula bar
result: incorrect frequency calculation in date ranges -
see the chart - false, true;
For you it shows the text because you open the program with different regional
settings, not for me.

By the way, please add the date format:
DD.MM.YYYY: HH.MM
Q.YYYY - Q1.2022 - for quarterly statistics
MM.YYYY - for monthly statistics
WW.YYYY - for weekly statistics

Please see screenshot.

    Pozdrawiam
