Steps to reproduce:
- Select all the cells
- Select white in border color picker menu icon
- Apply color to all the borders using "Outer border and all inner lines"
option
- Select another color (e.g. blue) from the border color picker menu icon
- Select only a few colonms e.g. one or two or three columns
- Apply color (e.g. previously selected blue) to the select colomns the borders
using "Outer border and all inner lines" option
Expected outcome:
- all the borders are colored (e.g. all outer and inner borders are blue)
Observed outcome:
- the left outer border is not colored.
