1. Press Help > LibreOffice Help (F1)
2. Put "Comment" into the search field.
EXPECTED RESULT: A help page on comments applicable to LO Writer.
ACTUAL RESULT: No specific help page.
Curiously if you go online (using Start Page) and put "comment LibreOffice
Writer" you get a 6.3 help page. It seems to have disappeared in 7.1.
