Steps:
1. Open attached file.
2. Text in two cells of first column is vertically right aligned, although
setting is centered (table properties -> Text Flow -> Alignment)
3. Change vertical alignment to top and back to centered (that works)
4. Save and reload

Result:
Again top vertical alignment.
