After trying your suggestions, it does appear to be the driver. I printed to a PDF just fine, but when printing that PDF to the printer, the return address is cut off again. I tried it three ways - with the Canon Europe driver, with the CUPS driver (does not print at all) and with the Canon Europe driver over the network to a Windows XP server.
