Description:
Pressing and holding ctrl+o in the start center, opens multiple file open
dialogs. This is annoying, and as the keyboard starts repeating the pressed key
after a short delay, it is possible that you accidentally open multiple file
open dialogs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice, remain in the start center.
2. Press and hold ctrl+o
3. Wait until you see multiple copies of file open dialog.

Actual Results:
Multiple file open dialogs are opened. You can press alt+tab to see other
dialogs, and ESC to close them one by one.
