The x86 build of the 7.x version of writer crashes on initialization when run
on a brand-new 32-bit install of Windows 7, using default settings and with no
other programs yet installed. It will run when selecting the Writer Document
button from the main LibreOffice start center. But it will crash when executing
either "soffice --writer" or "swriter". The problem began sometime during the
7.1.x series of releases.
