Add to dictionary (with sub menus)

If you only have the "standard" user-defined dictionary, then this is where the
new word is added. If you create more user-defined dictionaries, then a
sub-menu is presented (see screenshot).

But I agree with you that the UI could be clearer about the fact that these are
"user-defined" dictionaries. We might change it to "Add to user-defined
dictionary".
