Sequence as for *all* movements between elements is F10 -> F6 (and F6 cycle to
Sidebar)--hardcoding the F10, F6 movement shortcuts is our primary Assistive
Technology support.
Alternative, the F11 shortcut will place UI Focus into the Styles deck of the
Sidebar.
Once on Sidebar it is <Tabs> and cursor <U,D,L,R>
There is "packing" within any elements on the Content panels.
<Tab>/<Shift><Tab> will move between the element blocks.
Cursor then advances for elements with listboxes.
