Description:
With French language interface, the infotip text for previous modification
button displays as: "Modification suivante", which means next modification.
It should be "modification précédente"
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Display the track change toolbar
2.Put the mouse pointer on previous modification button
3.Wait for the infotip to be displayed
Actual Results:
in Frence interface, the text in the infotip is "Modification suivante"
Expected Results:
The text should be: "Modification précédente"
Reproducible: Always
