Description:
Win10 21H2, LO 7.4.2, Dell C2660 using standard Windows Type 3 PCL6 Dell C2660
driver.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open / create a new document and select Print. Select printer (Dell C2660)
from drop-down menu in dialog.
2. Hit PROPERTIES button on print dialog to bring up printer settings, set MPF
and relevant paper type.
3. Close printer properties dialog, hit PRINT.
Actual Results:
Program will always send document to TRAY 1 paper source, not [manually
selected] MPF tray source.
Expected Results:
Should pick paper from MPF feed tray source.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Note this problem only occurs on this program. All other programs on the same
computer - Firefox, Adobe Acrobat X, Photoshop, InDesign, custom industry apps
- all other programs properly send document to MPF if you actually select MPF.
Only LW 7.4.x refused to send document to MPF, forcing a Tray 1 output.
