Description:
when you create a table and try to use a table toolbar, the toolbar itself
appears at the very bottom of the window and all the drop-down menus in it and
setting fall out of the screen. Once I saw how borders drop-down menu was
stretched to the upper part of the window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a table
2. expand the window to a full screen
2. click any of the buttons in the table formatting toolbar (ie borders)
Actual Results:
the dropdown menu falls out of the screen
Expected Results:
1. the toolbar at the top of the window with all the other formatting toolbars
2. the drop-down menu not falling out of the screen
