I can't reproduce on Debian testing after upgrading to Qt 5.15.6 (e.g. package
libqt5core5a 5.15.6+dfsg-2 ) and Plasma 5.26 (e.g. plasma-desktop 4:5.26.0-1 )
today. LibreOffice still starts reasonably fast (within a few seconds).

I tested both, LO as packaged by Debian and a self-compiled LO master debug
build.
