Description:
The Smooth image filter has no effect when applied to an image. Also, setting
the value of the Smooth Radius parameter has no effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an image that has been inserted into a drawing.
2. Open the Image Filter toolbar and select the Smooth filter to open the
Smooth dialog.
3. Increase the value of the Smooth radius parameter. The preview window in the
Smooth dialog shows the effect of the Smooth filter.
4. Click OK on the dialog to close and apply the filter effect to the image.
5. No image filter effect on the selected image.
Actual Results:
The effect of the Smooth image filter is displayed in the Smooth dialog. No
effect is shown on the image in the drawing.
Expected Results:
The effect of the Smooth image filter should be displayed on the image in the
drawing after clicking OK to close the Smooth dialog.
