Description:
trying to create or insert a Table of Content will crash LO Writer evertime in
windows 10, the opened file is being recoverd though
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a document in writer with serveral headlines and chapters
2. setup a Table of Contents via menu > Insert > Table of contents and Index >
Table of contents, or Bibliography
3. LO will crash

LO will crash
