Insert with table picker a 2x2 table (bug is not related to table in header) 2. Place cursor in first cell of the table and insert chart with chart icon 3. Press cancel in chart wizard 4. Place cursor in first cell of the table (chart icon is not acive; perhaps intended) 5. Insert -> Chart -> Press cancel in chart wizard 6. Place cursor in first cell of table 7.
