Description:
Sometimes LibreOffice freezes on start. The only way to get it work again boot
windows in safe mode, then run LibreOffice in safe mode and reset it.
There are various discussions on this issue, but no one is conclusive. It can't
be reproduced by intent, though it happens more after version update.
I'm ready to collect logs, enable debugs, build LibreOffice with additional
logs enabled and so on.
Actual Results:
LibreOffice freezes.
Expected Results:
LibreOffice starts.
Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: Yes
