Problem description:
SwAccessibleParagraph::getTextAtIndex and
SwAccessibleParagraph::getTextBehindIndex should throw IndexOutOfBounds if
nIndex is longer than the text string.
Note the current, somewhat frustrated, comment by the original author of the
code:
// implement the silly specification that first position after
// text must return an empty string, rather than throwing an
// IndexOutOfBoundsException
