I confirm the problem with
Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE
Calc: threaded
But when I first tried to reproduce, LO added "amitriptyline" to word
collection list and gave me "Amitriptyline" (at beginning of a paragraph) and
"amitriptyline" (after a space) as suggestion. For me that's the correct
behaviour. But I couldn't reproduce this behaviour and couldn't explain it.
